The Agored Cymru Level 3 suite of finance qualifications—including the Certificate (CeFS) and Diploma (DipFS) in Financial Studies—is designed to develop robust personal finance and management skills. Typically delivered as a two-year A-Level equivalent, it builds fundamental knowledge in risk management, critical analysis, and financial planning.
The course is broken down into two distinct qualifications, usually taken sequentially over two academic years:
1. Level 3 Certificate in Financial Studies (CeFS)

Focus: Taken in year one, this introductory stage teaches you how to make informed personal financial decisions. It covers the risks and challenges involved in personal finance and emphasizes the importance of financial planning.

2. Level 3 Diploma in Financial Studies (DipFS)
